You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influence architecture and execution, and enable long-term growth in a technology-driven environment. Remote US-based candidates only, with compensation of $110,000–$130,000.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of program management experience in technical environments.
• Technical fluency in system design, APIs, and CI/CD concepts.
• Proven track record in driving cross-team software or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate decision-making amidst trade-offs.
• Familiarity with RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, success metrics, and scope for programs.
• Create and manage integrated roadmaps, focusing on critical paths.
• Translate business goals into actionable technical milestones.
• Drive integration across diverse services, APIs, and data contracts.
• Establish operating cadences for project reviews and milestone assessments.
• Manage and anticipate bottlenecks with engineering teams.
• Collaborate on launch plans and ensure operational readiness post-launch.
