Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a PIP Functional Assessor to perform remote, non-clinical evaluations. You will assess how long-term health conditions affect daily living, producing evidence-based reports from home after initial induction in Leeds.

The role requires an active NMC or HCPC registration, 1+ year UK clinical experience, and strong report-writing skills. Expect structured hours, career development, and comprehensive training with remote support.

Qualifications

• Active NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
• Proven ability to produce accurate, concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and video PIP assessments in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Review clinical records and medical evidence.
• Produce clear, accurate and evidence-based written reports.
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks.
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues across clinical and administrative teams.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development activities.
• Attend the assessment centre as required.
