Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a PIP Functional Assessor—remote after induction—for nurses or allied health professionals with UK registration. The role focuses on clinical reasoning, analysis and detailed report writing rather than direct patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and video PIP assessments in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Review clinical records and medical evidence.
• Produce clear, accurate and evidence-based written reports.
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks.
• Work independently while collaborating with colleagues across clinical and administrative teams.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development activities.
• Attend the assessment centre as required.
