Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking a dependable PI Records Case Manager to support a busy legal team with essential case management and administrative responsibilities. You will help keep personal injury matters organized by obtaining medical records, bills, liens, and other medical documentation while maintaining accurate case information and completing timely follow up.

This is a remote EST role with Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a case manager.
• Personal Injury experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Proficient data entry and Filevine experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the legal team to support ongoing personal injury matters.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
• Provide dependable customer service and professional communication.
• Follow up on outstanding records, bills, liens, and documentation.
• Manage data entry and organize case information.
• Support case management by keeping medical documentation up to date.
• Request medical records and organize supporting documentation.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, lien information.
• Use Filevine to support case management and documentation.
