Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit and place physicians for remote radiology roles across the United States. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with Ops, HR and Legal, and leverage analytics to project staffing needs.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment (3+ in physician recruitment) with strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills. A BS/BA is preferred, radiology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in physician recruitment
• BS/BA; healthcare experience and radiology background preferred
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking and contract negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the RP Practice Model, contract language and employment trends
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and ability to work under pressure; proficient MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle physician recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offers
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment aligned with practice needs
• Pre-qualify applicants based on standards and RP values
• Use analytics to support staffing projections and leadership decisions
• Analyze and improve recruitment processes and data management
• Develop and implement strategy/marketing for recruitment
• Travel up to 25% for conferences and meetings
