Job summary

Radiology Partners, Inc. is actively seeking a recruiter who specializes in sourcing physician candidates. You will build relationships, map talent, and manage multiple regional searches while staying organized and proactive in engaging passive candidates.

You will partner with Physician Recruiters, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, track pipeline activity, and maintain ATS documentation. You will also identify sourcing improvements to strengthen talent pipelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and identifying candidates with specialized skill sets.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates via online and offline channels and social networks.
• Strong customer service focus with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Build and maintain relationships with physician candidates through diverse sourcing, outreach, referrals, events, and talent mapping strategies.

• Partner with Physician Recruiters as a trusted sourcing advisor to develop and strengthen physician talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes and candidates, coordinate interviews, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate ATS documentation.
• Identify and implement sourcing and process improvements that enhance talent pipelines and recruiting outcomes.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience; physician or healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and identify candidates with specialized skill sets and backgrounds.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates using online, offline, social media, and digital networking strategies.
• Strong customer service focus with a positive, self-motivated, adaptable, and change-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$80,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
