Job summary

Radiology Partners is a leading U.S. radiology practice seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to build relationships with physician candidates, manage regional searches, and strengthen talent pipelines in collaboration with physician recruiters.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, track pipeline activity, and identify process improvements to improve outcomes. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in recruiting, healthcare recruiting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience; physician or healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and identify candidates with specialized skill sets and backgrounds.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates using online, offline, social media, and digital networking strategies.
• Strong customer service focus with a positive, self-motivated, adaptable, and change-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$80,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
