Job summary

Radiology Partners, Inc. is actively seeking a recruiter who specializes in sourcing physician candidates. You will build relationships, map talent, and manage multiple regional searches while staying organized and proactive in engaging passive candidates.

You will partner with Physician Recruiters, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, track pipeline activity, and maintain ATS documentation. You will also identify sourcing improvements to strengthen talent pipelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and identifying candidates with specialized skill sets.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates via online and offline channels and social networks.
• Strong customer service focus with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physician candidates through diverse sourcing, outreach, referrals, events, and talent mapping strategies.
• Manage multiple regional searches with organization and consistent engagement with passive candidates.
• Partner with Physician Recruiters to strengthen physician talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, track pipeline activity, and maintain ATS documentation.
• Identify and implement sourcing and process improvements for better pipelines and outcomes.
