AMN Healthcare is seeking a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit, and place physicians and APPs in permanent roles nationwide. You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and managing talent pipelines.
• Experience working toward recruiting, placement, or revenue goals.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and location preferences.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians, residents, fellows, and APPs to generate future placements and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and healthcare organizations.
• Negotiate compensation packages, employment agreements, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within CRM and ATS systems.

Job Summary

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in permanent healthcare opportunities nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, relationship building, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. The ideal candidate is a driven recruiter with strong sales instincts and a passion for connecting providers with career opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and location preferences.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians, residents, fellows, and APPs to generate future placements and referrals.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate $19.50 - $24.25 Hourly Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
