Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle provider recruiter in healthcare
• Experience in primary care, family practice and internal medicine settings
• Proven ability to develop creative physician sourcing strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract physicians and advanced practice providers
• Manage end-to-end recruiting life-cycle from sourcing to offers
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs
• Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process
• Coordinate interviews, negotiations and onboarding activities
