Job summary

About the Role

Hopscotch Health has an immediate temporary opening for an experienced, mission-driven, Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Working closely with operations and clinical team leaders, your primary responsibility is hiring for advanced practice provider, physician and medical director team members. You will also serve as the recruiting subject matter expert, consulting with hiring managers and other company stakeholders to navigate the complexities of the recruiting process.

This role is remote-based but may require local travel to clinic-level markets, conferences, meetings, and events as needed. Preference for candidates located in Western North Carolina.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute creative and impactful strategies to identify, source and attract high quality Physician and Advanced Practice Providercandidates.
• Convey the Hopscotch mission with passion and conviction to attract and retain top talent
• Manage an assigned req load and execute recruitment process and life-cycle from start to finish to include applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and offers
• Act as a consultant to multiple partners regarding recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasting, talent planning, diversity and internal movement
• Work in partnership with a variety of internal partners, hiring managers and external vendors to meet Hopscotch’s talentneeds
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing for assigned roles byleveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
• Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and assigned internal partners throughout the hiring process
• Participate in recruitment events as needed.
• Partner with Human Resources, Credentialing, IT, and other internal stakeholders on employee onboarding to ensure effective and seamlessprocess
• Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs including quality, cost, cycle time, etc.
• Participate in special projects asrequired; including support for other staffing needs

About You

• 5+ years of experience as an exceptional, full-cycle provider recruiter in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting
• Experience in primary care, family practice and internal medicine settings;
• Knowledge of value-based care is a plus.
• Provenproficiency in developing creative and effective physician and advanced sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels
• Proven success in developing, communicating, and presenting a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market or field where need outpaces availabletalent
• Deep knowledge of ATS systems: posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields
• Greenhouse ATS knowledge preferred but notrequired.
• Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HRissues

In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Act, we’re providing the full salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, relevant experience and qualifications. Most offers will fall within a portion of the listed range. This position has a salary range of $85,000 – $100,000 annually, based on location, relevant experience and qualifications.
