Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager to build a nationwide network of specialist consultants and physicians. You will recruit physicians to support clinical studies, refer patients to trials, and expand our local database while maintaining high-quality service for sites and researchers.

You will engage with Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, doctors, and healthcare professionals, traveling up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership with a results focus and delivery to targets.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research markets and changing business environments.
• Proactive, autonomous work style with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of specialist consultants and physicians.
• Recruit physicians to support clinical studies and refer patients to studies.
• Expand the local physician database and increase participating practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with Principal Investigators and doctors to create expansion opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality customer service across the country/region.
