Mindoula Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Partnership Manager for its Collaborative Care Program. You will activate physicians, grow referrals, and manage partnerships across accounts with a focus on provider engagement and satisfaction.

Travel up to 50% is required, with remote work options nationwide. Ideal candidates have healthcare sales or account management background, strong analytics, and proficiency with MS Office and presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field or business required.
• 3+ years in sales or account management with healthcare provider referrals preferred.
• Travel up to 50% and strong partnership-building skills.
• Experience selling healthcare services and growing accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Activate physicians within contracted practices to refer patients to the CCP service.
• Build and nurture partnerships with accounts at account, practice and provider level.
• Increase referral volumes and provider satisfaction through engagement.
• Develop cadence of regular meetings to review enrollment and growth opportunities.
• Create referral performance reports and monitor engagement trends.
• Travel up to 50% for virtual and in-person meetings.
