Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, HR, Data Analytics or related field.
• Seven+ years in physician compensation or related healthcare compensation role.
• Experience designing, implementing, administering, and evaluating physician compensation plans.
• Experience benchmarking with MGMA, AMGA, SullivanCotter, AAMC or similar sources.
• Experience presenting analyses to physician leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and refinement of physician compensation methodologies across employed groups.
• Develop recommendations on salary models, productivity incentives, and value-based components.
• Maintain compensation plan documents, policies, and governance materials.
• Direct administration of compensation programs ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Serve as the resource on benchmark data, market trends, and best practices.
• Coordinate FMV reviews with external consultants and support valuation engagements.
