Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking an experienced leader to design and govern physician compensation for employed physicians across academic and community groups. You will analyze benchmark data, develop incentive structures, and drive alignment with regulatory and organizational goals.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and external consultants to ensure market competitiveness and financial sustainability, presenting to TMMG and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of physician compensation methodologies including wRVU-based, productivity-based, salary-based, hybrid, quality-based, and value-based models.
• Expert ability to translate survey information into practical recommendations.
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and refinement of physician compensation methodologies across employed physician groups.
• Develop recommendations on compensation structures, salary models, incentives, and recruitment arrangements.
• Maintain compensation plan documents, governance, and data integrity for reporting and benchmarking.
