Job summary

Humana Inc. invites applications for a Virtual Physician Collaborator with CenterWell Medical Group, a new virtual care delivery unit within Humana's Primary Care Organization.

This fully remote role focuses on supporting patients when their PCP is unavailable, coordinating care with nurse practitioners, and reporting to the Associate Director. You will review charts, participate in monthly meetings, and advise clinical leaders on quality of care, outcomes, and documentation issues.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license in required states.
• Board certification or board eligible.
• 2+ years telemedicine/telehealth experience.
• 2+ years experience as a Collaborating Physician.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular chart reviews and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Serve as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues.
