Job summary

CenterWell Medical Group is seeking a Virtual Physician Collaborator to support senior primary care through telemedicine. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating with nurse practitioners, reviewing patient charts, and ensuring timely, quality care for patients across participating states.

The Associate Director reports line, requiring an MD/DO, board status, and 2+ years telemedicine experience. Expect approximately 5 hours per month of dedicated collaboration to close care gaps.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted medical license in LA, NC, MS, KY, MO or IN.
• If supervising in LA, MS or IN you must reside in that state.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board certification or board eligibility.
• 2+ years telemedicine/telehealth experience.
• 2+ years as a Collaborating Physician.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care and data review.
• Address procedure and records issues as part of the care team.
