The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of clinical documentation, E/M coding, and physician coding experience, with CPC or CCS-P certification. Remote work is available for approved states; primary location in Florida.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical documentation experience required.
• 1–2 years of E/M coding experience required.
• 1–2 years of physician coding experience with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS required.
• 1–2 years of outpatient procedural coding experience required.
• 1–2 years of minor outpatient/office procedure coding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes and CPT-4 procedure codes.
• Perform E/M coding across applicable places of service.
• Code minor office procedures, outpatient testing, and minor surgeries.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Review medical records to support code assignment and billing.
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies or documentation issues.
