Job summary

One Medical's Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is hiring a Physician Assistant for full-time telehealth care, 24/7 virtual support in partnership with primary care providers. The role focuses on remote patient evaluation, triage, and care coordination across time zones.

Requirements include MSPAS, active NCCPA, 2+ years in outpatient or urgent care, and multi-state licensure with weekend availability. Excellent communication and tech proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Physician Assistant and active NCCPA certification.
2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care with patients of all ages.
Licensed in CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO with ability to obtain additional licenses.
Weekday and weekend shifts required (alternate Saturdays/Sundays).
Shifts range from 6am-5pm PST and 12pm-11pm PST.

Responsibilities

Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates.
Provide exceptional care using advanced technology and team-based approach.
Utilize clinical training to support continuous learning and patient safety.
