Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Virtual Medical Team (VMT) in a fully remote capacity. You will deliver evidence-based primary care to patients 24/7 via telehealth visits, video, phone, and email follow-ups, with an emphasis on accessibility and compassionate care.

The role is full-time, evenings and weekends required, with a base pay of $59.10–$65.50 per hour plus overtime and differential. A MSPAS and active NCCPA, plus licensure in AZ/CO/CA/OR/WA, are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s in MSPAS and active NCCPA certification.
• At least 2 years as a PA in outpatient primary care or urgent care.
• Licensed in AZ, CO, CA, OR, or WA with ability to obtain others.
• For AZ: >8000 hours and PA collaborative status eligibility.
• Weekday and weekend shifts required.
• Current shifts range from (12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide exceptional care using your clinical training remotely.
