Job summary

Mindoula Health is seeking a Clinical Partnership Manager to grow the Collaborative Care Program by activating providers and driving referrals across accounts and practices.

You will manage relationships at account, practice, and provider levels, travel up to 50% (remote-friendly role from Maryland, Virginia, or DC area), and collaborate with Mindoula’s clinical ops teams to improve program adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field or business required.
• Three or more years of experience in a sales or account management role with healthcare provider referrals experience preferred.
• Success in a 50% travel role is expected.
• Project management or partnership implementation experience.
• Experience presenting company products in person and virtually.
• Experience selling healthcare services to accounts.
• Proven outcomes of growing accounts.
• Proficient in MS Word, Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Start-up and behavioral health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with key accounts to promote Mindoula’s services.
• Activate providers to drive referrals and ensure post-implementation satisfaction.
• Schedule regular meetings to review enrollment, growth opportunities, and achievements.
• Communicate with accounts and staff to meet referral growth and program utilization goals; travel as needed.
• Create and review referral performance reports with accounts/practices.
• Monitor engagement and referral trends; intervene when slippage occurs.
• Identify challenges and develop contingency plans to maintain referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical ops to address concerns and expedite referrals.
• Provide ongoing education to referring providers on CCP referrals.
