Job summary

Mindoula seeks a Clinical Partnership Manager to expand the Collaborative Care Program by activating contracted providers and driving referral growth. This remote role focuses on larger accounts with travel to engage physicians via calls, video, and in-person meetings.

You will manage accounts, review performance data, and collaborate with clinical ops to address referrals and ensure provider satisfaction across payer contracts and practice networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or business.
• 3+ years in sales or account management, preferably with healthcare providers and generating referrals.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Grow and nurture partnerships within the Collaborative Care Program across accounts and providers.
• Drive referral volume goals and ensure provider activation and satisfaction.
• Maintain regular cadence of meetings to review enrollment and opportunities for growth.
• Communicate with accounts and practice staff to address needs and suggest strategies for referral growth.
• Create and review referral performance reports and monitor engagement trends.
• Coordinate with Mindoula Ops to escalate clinical concerns when needed.
