Job summary

Mindoula Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Partnership Manager to drive partnerships within the Collaborative Care Program (CCP). This remote role focuses on activating physicians in contracted practices to refer patients to CCP, with a monthly referral quota and frequent provider engagement across accounts and territories.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/account management in healthcare, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field or business.
Three+ years in sales or account management with healthcare provider referrals preferred.
Travel up to 50% required.
Experience selling healthcare services to accounts.
Proven track record of growing accounts.
Proficient in Word, Google Suite, Excel & PowerPoint.
Start-up and behavioral health experience a plus.
Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts.
Ability to deliver presentations virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

Activate physicians within contracted practices to refer patients to the CCP service.
Manage monthly referral goals and drive referral growth.
Develop cadence of regular meetings with accounts to review enrollment and opportunities.
Communicate with accounts, providers, and staff to identify needs and propose strategies for referral growth.
Create and review referral performance reports for territory accounts.
Monitor industry/account developments and address referral challenges.
Travel up to 50% to meet with accounts and providers.
