Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehabilitation; ability to explain clinical reasoning in writing.

Responsibilities

• Create rehabilitation scenarios from initial evaluation through progression and discharge.
• Create reference answers with rationale for clinical progression decisions.
• Review AI-generated guidance for safety, contraindications, and evidence-based practice.
• Flag exercise recommendations that may appear plausible but could harm patients.
