Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completed residency in orthopedic surgery.
• Current medical licensure in the United States.
• Board certification or eligibility preferred.
• Fellowship training advantageous.
• Experience at a Level I trauma center or academic medical center beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create expert tasks based on real orthopedic surgical decisions.
• Develop tasks involving fracture classification, radiograph/CT interpretation, operative planning, implant and fixation selection, and perioperative or postoperative management.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, safety, and alignment with orthopedic practice.
• Write clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Use independent judgment in a remote setting.
