Talentoma is seeking an Appointment Setting Specialist to connect with prospective customers via phone, email, and live chat. The role sits on the business development team and coordinates introductory meetings with sales and marketing.

It is fully remote (within Georgia, USA) with a 40-hour week and varying shifts. The specialist uses Aircall, Nimble, Drift, and Outlook to manage outreach, confirm meeting details, and hand off qualified prospects to sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of appointment coordination, outbound outreach, sales support, or customer contact preferred.
• Familiarity with Nimble, Aircall, and digital scheduling tools preferred.
• Ability to ask clear qualifying questions, confirm meeting details, and escalate when needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review outreach queues, inbound calls, emails, and chat messages to identify prospects for introductory conversations.
• Use Aircall to place calls, confirm interest, and document outcomes clearly.
• Respond via Drift live chat with approved service information and next steps.
• Verify contact names, preferred methods, and meeting purpose before proposing an appointment.
• Enter notes and meeting preferences in Nimble after each contact.
• Use Microsoft Outlook to offer openings, send invites, and confirm details with participants.
• Coordinate with sales reps when ready for an introductory meeting or need more info.
• Follow up on unanswered outreach and incomplete bookings with approved messaging.
• Escalate unclear requests or scheduling conflicts to the business development team lead.
• Maintain accurate records and evaluate performance through metrics like appointment accuracy and timely follow-ups.
