Job summary

American Income Life / Globe Life is seeking a Remote Phone Booker to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, confirming appointments, and ensuring a professional experience from the first call.

This role offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive training. You will make outbound calls, update records, and collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving from your quiet home workspace.

What You'll Do

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
