CREtelligent is expanding its nationwide contractor network for environmental due diligence. The role focuses on Phase I ESAs for commercial real estate, including site inspections, historical records review, and preparing detailed reports to support client decisions and risk assessment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience, write to ASTM E1527-21, and can use Quire templates to deliver accurate findings to clients in a timely manner.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs in commercial real estate.
• Ability to perform field work and write reports to ASTM E1527-21.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and health impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high quality Phase I ESAs, including site visits to observe conditions.
• Review historical records and regulatory databases to identify risks.
• Gather and analyze data on land use history and compliance.
• Prepare Phase I ESA reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations using Quire templates.
