Job summary

MCPHS University’s School of Pharmacy–Boston seeks an adjunct faculty-student success navigator to support Doctor of Pharmacy students. The role is primarily remote, focusing on early identification of academic challenges and facilitating student support strategies to promote progression.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the Associate Dean of Student Engagement and Success, faculty, and academic coaches to plan success initiatives and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• PharmD (preferred) or B.S. Pharmacy with relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using LMS, assessment platforms, and videoconferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify at-risk learners in real time and provide targeted coaching.
• Monitor progress and implement early intervention strategies.
• Meet with students remotely and as needed.
• Document meetings, progress, and outcomes promptly.
• Coordinate with ADA, counseling, and academic resources.
• Attend weekly meetings with the School's admin team.
• Utilize ExamSoft and Student Success Hub to support engagement.
• Visit classes periodically to discuss the Navigator program.
