Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for its remote Patient Engagement team. You will handle inbound calls from patients, resolve questions about services, and support patient care in a closed-door pharmacy environment.

You will collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and clinical staff, collect balances, and maintain patient records with confidentiality while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification required and current.
• Maintain state pharmacy technician registration.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients to resolve questions.
• Collect patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Act as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical staff.
• Collaborate with technicians and pharmacists to ensure quality care.
