Qualifications

• Must have inbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution on incomplete or invalid prescriptions.
• Communicate with physician offices and hospitals via fax or telephone.
• Research and update patient profiles on clarifications and denials.
