CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing, provider communication, and patient outreach. The role allows work-from-home with some travel for training as needed.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license and 1+ year of pharmacy tech experience in retail, mail order, or hospital settings, with strong problem solving and communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Qualificações

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence.
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy.
• Ability to solve problems and encourage collaborative problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provides resolution or outreach for resolution on prescriptions that are incomplete, invalid, or contain clinical issues preventing the fulfillment of the request.
• Communicate with physician offices and hospitals via fax or telephone.
• Responsible for researching and updating clarifications and denials on patient profiles.
• Responsible for making or taking phone calls to and from providers, patients and/or retail pharmacies.
