Qualifications

• Must have minimum six months' experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting or be a graduate of an Academic Technician Training Educational Program.
• Shall be a U.S. citizen.
• Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prescriptions for completeness and correspond with providers/patients for clarification.
• Enter drug information into the patient's medication profile per policy.
• Utilize pharmacy information systems to identify potential therapeutic problems.
