Job summary

AnewHealth is recruiting an Experienced Pharmacy Technician in Operations for a remote role serving patients nationwide. The technician will handle billing, patient communications, and support across pharmacy systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The position requires prior pharmacy experience, PTCB/NHA certification, and state registration, with a focus on high-quality customer service and efficient problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes to patients.
• Coordinate patient profiles with pharmacy support and services.
• Provide excellent customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Perform claim adjudication and billing checks including prior authorizations and eligibility.
