Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a remote, full-time role providing support for medication dispensing and patient care. You will enter records, use our pharmacy software, and liaise with providers to ensure accurate orders and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, active state license, and NJ license within 6 months; CPhT is preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits and requires strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Active license in the state of residence and must obtain NJ license within 6 months of hire.
• CPhT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter minor edits to record dispensing quantity and NDC used.
• Use pharmacy software to check and record data about prescriptions.
• Triages calls and messages to answer questions and process requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain patient profiles and document medication care plans in proprietary software.
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality of operations.
• Participate in quality initiatives and report quality assurance issues.
