Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Care Center of Excellence to support ExactCare’s nationwide patient base in a phone-based, remote/office environment. You will interact with patients, doctors and facilities, handling prescription data and authorizations.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, PTCB or NHA certification, and Ohio pharmacy technician registration. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Maintain a pharmacy technician registration with Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to patients, doctors, and facilities.
• Enter a high volume of prescription data with speed and accuracy.
• Receive authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties (prior authorizations, billing, eligibility).
• Make outbound calls to patients and onboard new patients to ExactCare.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
