CVS Health Corporation is seeking a full-time customer service professional to outreach to Medicare members on medication adherence and assist with order placement and retail pharmacy issues. The role requires a Pharmacy Technician license, 1+ year of customer service, and strong PC skills.

Bilingual Spanish and prior call center experience are a plus. The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a comprehensive benefits package, and the pay range is $17.00 to $28.46 per hour.

Formación

• Residency in one of the allowed states (AL, FL, ID, NC, OH, TN, TX, VT or WA).
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient to advanced PC skills with Windows-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to Medicare members regarding medication adherence.
• Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with healthcare programs.
• Assist customers with retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as needed.
• Must have superb customer service and empathy skills in a fast-paced call center.
