CVS Health Corporation is seeking licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple customer relations programs in a full-time, remote-friendly environment. You will engage with Medicare members to support medication adherence and help resolve barriers to refills, while assisting customers with placing orders and addressing retail pharmacy issues.

The role requires a valid Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence, 1+ year of customer service experience, and strong PC skills.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient to advanced PC skills including MS Windows-based applications.
• Ability to complete all required training programs.

Responsabilités

• Outreach to Medicare members regarding medication adherence and assisting with refills.
• Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with healthcare programs.
• Resolve retail pharmacy-related issues and support initiatives.
• Provide superb customer service and empathy to a diverse customer base in a fast-paced contact center.
