Job summary
Onco360 is seeking compassionate Pharmacy Technicians for inbound phone support to assist providers and patients. This is a full-time role based in Buffalo, NY, transitioning to remote work after onsite training. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour weekend differential.
Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for hires before Dec 28, 2026, plus quarterly incentives. Eligible candidates have 1+ year pharmacy tech experience, High School diploma or equivalent, and a current tech license per state
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years experience.
- Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician as per state law.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy terminology.
- Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
- Ability to input information accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answer questions and requests.
- Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
- Work with insurers on rejected claims and prior authorizations.
- Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
