Job summary

Onco360 is seeking compassionate Pharmacy Technicians for inbound phone support to assist providers and patients. This is a full-time role based in Buffalo, NY, transitioning to remote work after onsite training. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour weekend differential.

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for hires before Dec 28, 2026, plus quarterly incentives. Eligible candidates have 1+ year pharmacy tech experience, High School diploma or equivalent, and a current tech license per state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician: 1+ years experience.
• Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician as per state law.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy terminology.
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
• Ability to input information accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answer questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with insurers on rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

Our specialty pharmacy is located inBuffalo NY. This is a remote opportunity, after onsite training period.

Starting salary from $21.00 an hour and up- w e also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 28th, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a$500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

As a member of our Inbound Phone Support team, you will:

• Assist health care providers and patients byphone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• Basic math and analytical skills
