Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking qualified pharmacy technicians for full-time inbound phone support. The role is remote after an initial onsite training period and is based in Buffalo NY.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $3.00 per hour weekend differential. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies for hires starting before September 30, 2026, plus quarterly incentives and a $500 bonus for obtaining CPhT credentials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answer questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
