Oak Street Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacists in a fully remote role. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage refill requests, and coordinate with care teams to ensure timely medication access.

Requirements include at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience, an active state license, and a CPhT certification. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; strong MS Office/Google Suite skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, medical Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound calls for refills and renewals.
• Assist/remind patients to obtain refills from retail, independent or mail-order pharmacies.
• Make outbound calls to pharmacies on behalf of patients.
• Handle 40-50 inbound calls or 60-80 outbound calls per day.
• Coordinate with care teams to overcome barriers to refills.
• Use EMR to send updates to care teams and document requests.
• Capture and document all patient requests during calls.
• Monitor CareReq queue to complete open requisitions.
