Oak Street Health is hiring a Call Center Pharmacy Technician I for a fully remote role in the United States. You will handle refill requests, coordinate with pharmacies, and maintain accurate records while ensuring patient privacy and high service levels.

Requirements include 1 year of retail pharmacy experience, active pharmacy license, CPhT, and US work authorization. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; strong MS Office/Google Suite skills are expected. 40-hour weeks with standard benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, medical Spanish a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite preferred.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound calls for refills and investigate status of refills.
• Place outbound calls to pharmacies on patient behalf when needed.
• Ensure 40-50 inbound and 60-80 outbound calls per day volume.
• Coordinate with care teams to resolve barriers to refills.
• Document information in electronic platforms and update requests.
• Meet and exceed department metrics and maintain licensure.
