Oak Street Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to serve as a liaison between patients, providers and pharmacists, delivering exceptional service with empathy in a remote setting. Responsibilities include handling 40–50 inbound calls and 60–80 outbound calls daily for refills, coordinating with pharmacies, documenting in EMR, and maintaining licensure while pursuing Continuing Education.

Applicants must have 1 year of retail pharmacy experience, an active state license, and CPhT

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence; CPhT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Field 40–50 inbound calls per day and 60–80 outbound calls for refills.
• Assist patients with refills and renewals; coordinate with pharmacies.
• Document patient requests in EMR and maintain privacy.
• Arrange transportation and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain licensure and complete Continuing Education requirements.
