- 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or telehealth support preferred.
- Proficiency with e-prescribing tools, medical records systems, and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Medication & Clinical Support: Ensure accuracy in processing prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to coordinate care and resolve member issues.
- Workflow Execution: Process clinical tickets, route faxes/labs/records, follow SOPs for consistency.
- Team & Operational Support: Provide dependable support to clinical staff and participate in meetings.
