Job summary

You will collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to streamline member care and ensure accurate documentation of all activities.

Responsibilities include processing clinical tickets, routing faxes and labs, and adhering to SOPs while supporting quality improvement efforts across the care team.

Qualifications

• Medication knowledge for processing prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations.
