Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to support Remote Dispensing Pharmacy operations under pharmacist oversight. You will handle daily tasks, ensure safe prescription fulfillment, and collaborate with the Telepharmacy Team Leader while delivering compassionate patient service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, processing controlled substances, and assisting with immunization services where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements for pharmacy practice, including age and licensure/certification
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) is required
• 1+ years full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician; CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations and remote dispensing tasks
• Oversee safe prescription fulfillment, including controlled substances handling
• Perform inventory activities and maintain compliance with SOPs
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions
• Support immunization services where permissible by law and training
