Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification preferred.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means.
• Quickly assess user issues and provide first level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with shifts (8:00am-5:00pm EST to 11:00am-8:00pm EST).
