TJM Labs is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a remote, project-focused role that goes beyond traditional dispensing. You will support operational initiatives, act as a PM liaison, and bring practical knowledge of community pharmacy operations to cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes project coordination, process improvement, and collaboration with pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician is required.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy terminology and prescription workflows.
• Ability to organize projects and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-based project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage pharmacy-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Identify workflow challenges and opportunities for improvement in community pharmacy settings.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on pharmacy operations and prescription workflows.
• Translate pharmacy needs into clear action plans, processes, and deliverables.
• Develop timelines, track milestones, and maintain status updates.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, implementation, training, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks and communicate concerns to teams.
