Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking a Pharmacist / Pharmacy Automation Engineer to bridge real-world pharmacy operations with the bot logic that runs them. You will own project scope, design workflows, and drive configuration from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

You will translate client needs into precise engineering tickets, maintain clear communications, manage risks, and ensure PHI handling is proper.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or pharmacy operations.
Pharm.D., registered pharmacy technician credential, or substantial hands-on pharmacy operations experience.
Ability to translate operational pain points into buildable technical requirements.
Familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
Working knowledge of PHI handling and privacy practices.
Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent judgment calls and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration projects.
Map how a pharmacy operates today and design/optimise workflow logic.
Translate client needs into buildable engineering tickets with acceptance criteria.
Own client and team communication, with accountability for accuracy and tone.
Determine how key issues are communicated to clients and how requests translate into requirements.
Monitor the critical path on active projects and meet go-live milestones.
Resolve pharmacy-specific edge cases across multiple management systems.
Evaluate completed implementations and improve playbooks and processes.
